TRUSt Managed Services
As businesses becomes more reliant on IT applications, we need to know that everything possible is being done to ensure the IT infrastructure and core services are available at all times.
TRUSt, our managed service programme is based a comprehensive set of monitoring, reporting, alerting tools and proactive measures backed up by our highly trained and motivated engineering team.
There are four levels of service based on the specific needs of the customer ranging from a monitoring and reporting service to our TRUSt Total Care service where the customer can control costs by having a full Service Level Agreement plus all Moves, Adds and Changes for a single monthly subscription.
