This is the foundation service from Typetec and includes round-the-clock Monitoring and Reporting of your IT Environment. This service incorporates the reporting of any patching or licence requirements for your infrastructure.

Up to date status information is provided by way of on line reports which are available 24/7. The service is ideal for larger customers who already have IT resources in-house but would like to compliment their efforts with a more proactive approach to their support services.
